Hi Pricescopers,
A friend is relocating from Toronto to Baltimore for work. Her husband’s office will be in Cockeysville, MD, but he will be traveling out of BWI frequently. Can anyone provide some insight on which neighbourhoods they should start looking at so work and the airport are accessible? They would prefer an apt/condo (don’t want yard maintenance) and a ‘walkable’ neighborhood to shops / restaurants would be ideal. Also, an indoor parking spot would be preferred. Oh, they also have a small dog.
