I don't think that is an idealscope image. It looks like a bad image from a hearts and arrows viewer. Please list the numbers from the lab report and we can tell you more.

Keep shopping.

Reasons.
1. It is GIA Good Cut. Only consider Excellent Cut
2. The crown is too low. The pavillion angle is TOO LOW (the primary reason for Good Cut grade). Ideal ranges are 34-35 for crown, 40.6-41 for pav
3. The contrast (black) is a bit too much, and the pattern is rather chaotic. Look at the excess dark reflection because of the low pav angle.

The proportions are much better (not within the famously quoted range). I don't think it'll have a lot of fire with that depth/table/crown proportion. Even more concerning is the clarity (and colour). You'd have be extremely lucky to have found a nice I1.

I can see you're maximising size, is there a minimum size you want within a particular budget? The good people here can you help you find something decent in your budget. Wouldn't you rather a smaller diamond that wowed, than a large diamond that was lacking in life

Are you sure the recipient would be happy with a K?

I would double check the exact location of that feather inclusion and ensure it does not have any durability issue.
Also, make sure it is eye-clean, and not milky/cloudy from "the clouds not shown"

The price seems reasonable. Potentially a great stone. BUT
Proceed with caution. I hope you are working with a reliable and respected vendor who gives the most honest and professional inputs.

The stone is cloudy. PASS!! I can see.

And the report says the clarity is based on clouds.

I like this stone:
http://www.b2cjewels.com/dd-8656364-1.90-carat-Round-diamond-K-color-SI1-clarity.aspx
Very close to the 8mm mark.

I think it's a very good deal for the spec and the GIA cert doesn't specify that it's light brown (rather than yellow). It appears reasonably well cut from the picture and in my opinion, much better cut than the first one you posted. Be useful if b2c can provide an idealscope.

Out of interest:
I don't normally suggest IGI but I came across this diamond in my JA search and seems quite promising, I can't see anything obviously very wrong with it at that budget for that size. Just an interesting size for that price. It was probably sent to IGI for an unclear reason. If it's too good to be true it probably is.

Playing it safe though the 1st diamond seems a good bargain.
