Help with Graduated Pave E-Ring from JA

Hi guys,

Need a bit of help with finding a setting for my GF. I've been looking at:

Does anyone have this setting? Or a similar one and if possible, can you post pics? I'm pretty unsure of what it would actually look like in person - and yes, I've looked at literally every photo and 360 image in the recently purchased list. The diamond I'm looking at is around .7-.8 round. I've also been looking at potentially getting a replica of the one listed above with a few slight changes (the curvey band worries me because its hard to visualise) - also, being in Aus, I'd rather not have to deal with the hassle of customs and international postage/insurance every time I need to handle a return/maintenance.

What is the general opinion of the setting? She's a big fan of intricate work but something a bit delicate - more emphasis on the band than the diamond (she has actually been really drawn to ones with smaller stones such as .5). She's also a fan of vintage inspired stuff similar to what Sebastien Barrier does.

Budget for the setting would be probably about 1.5k USD.

She's more a fan of artisan type design. Most halos and plain pave bands aren't really to her taste (generally too flashy) unless there is a bit of uniqueness to it. She has hinted towards this JA design, as well as some of the Sebastien Barrier (and a few other vintage inspired pieces) but has also been concerned about how potentially bulky the band is on the JA one.

That's why I'm really chasing photos of it.

I ask because if she's genuinely happy with a half ct stone and prefers a detailed setting, I would give her that

I think she'd like that setting - its fairly detailed. RIght now I'm hoping to get a bit more info on it for peace of mind. Though looks like I may be out of luck in finding anyone with first hand experience. I've contacted James Allen and requested hand pics, I'll see if they come through.
