Help with Florida Proposal !!!

I am planning to propose in Florida in July. My girlfriend loves the beach, so I would love to have a romantic dinner set up on the beach for us. We are planning on going to Eastern Fla., either Pensacola or Destin.

Does Anyone know of a business or hotel that will set something like this up for me? Also, if anyone is familiar with this area, can you recommend a hotel or condo?

Won't it be kinda hot in florida in july? Just wondering if it might be nicer to have it at a restaurant with a beach view, but not actually open to the beach...
