The GIA reports shows some crystals, needles and I think clouds. Also it says additional clouds are not shown and surface graining is not shown. What does that mean?

Numbers look good to me. The inclusions should not be a problem at VS2. Price is about there for a B&M, the same stone online sells for around 12k.

The diamond has good potential, the table is a little larger than many we see here but that needn't be a dealbreaker. VS2 of this size check it from all angles to make sure it is totally eyeclean.

Clouds not shown and surface graining not shown in the comments section of a report is not an issue, just mentioned for the sake of completeness. No worries.
