Help with choosing diamond

Another newbie here. I''ve learned lots from these posts in the last few weeks, but am somewhat overwhelmed from all the information. My husband surprised me on our 25th anniversary by telling me he wanted to upgrade my e-ring, but wanted me to pick it out. We''ve been to a lot of B&M''s to check out both settings and diamonds, but it seems like you can get more for your money on the internet. So after weeks of looking and trying to decide color, clarity, etc., here''s the diamond we are considering:

This diamond is not from their ACA or Expert Selection. I think I might be more sure of this diamond if it was an ACA, but there wasn''t a lot to pick from in the ACA selection in this size range. I would have to go down in size to choose an ACA.

I''m a little concerned about the inclusions, but they tell me they are eye-clean from 10-12 inches. They are going to look at it again today and let me know. I haven''t seen the diamond yet, but they sent me pictures which I will try to post, but not sure if it will work.

Does this look okay or should I keep looking??
