Help with CAD images please

The center stone is a 0.75 ct H VS1 ideal princess cut diamond. I asked for my ring to have the following features:

1. Shank tapers similar to the following ritani shank: http://www.ritani.com/productimages/1289577883_1PCZ3279ARP.jpg
2. Diamond prongs similar to the following michael m head: http://michaelmcollection.com/images/products/R518-1.jpg
3. Low setting to accomodate a hospital work environment

based on the CAD, it does not look set low to me.

I like it a lot; it is very close to what I envisioned, but I think I will ask for the following changes:

1. Slightly lower setting with only 3, hopefully larger, melee diamonds per prong
2. Less of a triangular shape to the shank tapers
3. Changing the angle of shank adjacent to the center stone so it is in line with the prongs
