I''m torn between 3 settings.

I''m going with yellow gold. I''m getting a stone around .75 ct

So, which setting (if any) will enhance the size of the diamond and/or make the most light shime through? Which is better looking to you? Thanks

I'll just fix your links for you.

Honestly, they will all be about the same, the sleek line "might" sit a hair higher, which helps a stone appear slightly larger. If the stone is well cut, the light goes in and out through the top, so the design would not hinder that aspect.

Thanks for fixing the links, Ellen. I''m going with The ACA or Expert Selection. So, the cut should be pretty good.

In that case, I would say just pick the one that makes your heart flutter.

And you''re welcome!

All three settings are lovely! I really like the sleek lines... It never fails to wow me.

All very beautiful. Do you like four prongs or six prongs? do you like a little wider band or thinner? do you like the band tapered towards the diamond or not? they have very unique differences but all very pretty. I love the sleek line look but I''m a big fan of tapered shoulders towards the diamonds (some are not fans of tapered shoulder -personal preference), Have you seen Pictures on Pricescope of these rings? that might help you decide as well.

Ellen
you are always very helpful

sam,
they are all nice, but if you force me to take 1 choice,
my choice is the tiffany knife edge

I would think that since the sleek line tapers in at the stone it would really accentuate the stone (make it look larger). But they
are all very nice settings.
