HELP - What do you think of this 2 CT??

Hi everyone, this is my first post on PriceScope and I hope that I can lean on some solid advice from the community. After getting some good information online (Rhino was awesome on YouTube) I think I've narrowed my search down to the following... I am looking for a round brilliant hearts and arrows cut in the 1.9 to 2.0 carat range with minimum G color and SI1 clarity (eye clean). I'm looking for this all under $28k. I've found a diamond online that fits what I'm looking for and I would appreciate some input. Is this a good diamond? Are there better alternatives out there? Thanks a lot guys!
