Help sourcing a RB

My friend is going to pop the question, and I have been enlisted to source some stones. I've found a few contenders, but thought I'd appeal to my talented PS'er. If anyone can dig up a goodie, it's you folks!

Here are the requirements:

.93 - .97 ct
G-H color
VS1 - SI1 (eyeclean)
Cut is crutial (ex/ex/ex) GIA or AGS
faint to NO fluor

He has the setting, so all we need are some more stones to choose from. I have these these in contention.

What is his max budget please, and can the diamond be from any of the PS vendors? Also that is a narrow carat weight, what is his absolute min and max sizes to fit the setting?

Thanks for your help. His min max IS .93 - .97, and he is "open" in terms of budget. Obviously he doesn't want to break the bank, but he "gets" the value of the small details...so I'll suggest a range of 4k - 5500k ish...

It looks like =2&Submit=++++Search++++:2o8h065d]Infinity has four in that range, three listed through Dimend Scaasi.

If he wants something super tight, I''d consider calling GOG and seeing if they have/can get any isee2 stones in that size range.
