Hello PriceScope,
I have been reading your forums for awhile now while things with my gf have progressed. I am active duty, and have just recieved transfer orders, and really want to make a commitment to her before I go, so that she doesn't have to worry.
That being said, I have looked at lots of stones in person and have read a lot on here. I feel like the more I read, the more I don't know! I have saved a search that I have narrowed it down to, with two stones I really like in comparison... url:

I want to give her a VG or better cut, 2.00 Ct, VS2, I or better, GIA stone. The EGL stones I have seen are suspect at best, and having GIA would allay some of my concerns about purchasing online.
Can you guys comment on the comparison stones, the search in general, and maybe make some suggestions? Gypsy I have read a lot of your posts and am impressed- if you read this I would love to hear what you have to say. The two comparison stones are at the upper end of my price range.
