Help! Ready to pull the trigger but just want to make sure

Id like to start off my thanking everyone that has posted so much useful information on this website! I have been lurking around here for some time (about 2 years) and have been trying to learn everything I can before I purchase a diamond for my girlfriend of 10 years. I have finally found a diamond at a reliable Pricescope vendor and just wanted to get some opinions before I pull the trigger.

Also the GIA certificate has an excellent grade for the cut but has a Very good for the polish and symmetry. Is that something I should be concerned about?

Also the price is in the $12K range. Is that a fair price? Should I be concerned about the types of inclusions (Crystal, Cloud, Feather, Needle, Indented Natural) on this diamond?

VS2 Clarity (the vendor has assured me that it is a perfectly eye clean stone)

Thank you for your replies. I also wanted to know If there a anything I should be concerned about with the report not being a GIA XXX? This is a very big purchase for me, so i dont want to get something that could have issues down the road.

No. You are fine with the very good as long as it's a GIA Ex cut.
