help plsssss! VG cut on blue nile but HCA=0.8???

hola! this is my first post here... have been quietly learning lol

so I found this one stone with the following specs

depth 61.4
table 58
crown 34
pavilion 40.6
girdle: slightly thick to thick (faceted 4.5%)

it's rated only as VG on blue nile, but when I punched the numbers in HCA, it returned a 0.8

im confused... is it an ex cut or no? is it becuz the thick girdle that's making it VG instead of EX?

so the problem was not even the girdle?

You would need an idealscope (BN doesn't provide but you can ask Wink at HPD if he can get it in for you to evaluate it, sometimes he'll even beat the BN price) and a gemologist to look at it for you.
