right guys first thanks for the help on the previous post... have decided on a round brilliant to pop the question... now all i need to think about is the right stone... i swear im starting to dream of diamonds... i selected a few and wondering what you guys thought

#2 has my vote - AGS ideal and an ACA to boot - can''t go wrong with that little stunner! Pics - we will need lots!!

With the third diamond, did you want VVS clarity? It is a personal preference, but VS can often be an excellent choice and as clean to the eye as VVS - the cut looks good though if you wanted VVS. The ACA looks good, that would be my pick, or if you wanted slightly larger, see if you can get an Idealscope image for the first diamond.
 
Thanks! They all look good, so it also depends on many things, whether you want the ''pedigree'' of the ACA, or whether you think the others would be the best choice, they are all lovely diamonds.
 
would there be much of a colour difference between F and G ? or compared to a D or E

If you put a D next to a G, yes, you could probably see a difference. If you put a G in a setting by itself, it''s just going to look bright white.
