I just officially started shopping around for an engagement ring for my gf. After research, I''ve come to understand that she wants a princess cut diamond, ~1 ct. I''ve looked around and saw this one.

can anyone tell me anything about this, whether or not that is a chip on the left side? Thanks all.

That appears to be a lovely AGS0 cut grade Princess! As to the '' chip'', I would think that is an inclusion of some description according to the report. I would ask Jon at GOG, he will be completely honest with you, also it is a VS2 grade so it should be absolutely fine.

From what I can tell, it looks to be an inclusion, Jon will be able to tell you for sure.
