Help -- Please

The diamond in my engagement ring has become loose. This concerns me for a number of reasons, one being that I've only had the ring for 1 1/2 months. Anyways, the jeweler where we bought it is saying that it will take a couple of days for him to fix. Generally, how long should this take? The ring has four prongs with a 1.5 center stone.

I just had the same problem and the jeweler fixed it in a couple of minutes while I watched.

I'm having the same problem!! They fixed it once while I watched, now I have to take it back in again. I'm thinking faulty setting here
