From what I'm reading, and the HCA numbers it would appear this should be a poor performing diamond. The Ideal Scope images look really good though.

The ASET and DiamXray images look good. Remember those are actual pictures of the diamond while the HCA is just using four numbers. There are good performers that the HCA misses. If you are interested I would call GOG and ask them about it.

Well that was another thing I was confused about myself! The numbers from the Gia report come out great in HCA but the Sarin Report numbers are totally different for all 4 numbers. Not sure which are the actual numbers for the diamond. I may give them a call tomorrow and see if I can come see it in person. Are Twining Wisp inclusions usually visible without magnification?

No usually they are the better inclusions to get an eyeclean SI diamonds.

GIA rounds their stats so IF the sarin is calibrated right it can be more accurate.

Sounds good! If I'm going to spend that type of money I want to make sure it's eye clean for certain. Thanks for the input

It looks like a great diamond, I would reserve it while you have them look at it for you so someone else doesn't snatch it up

Just an update. Went to see the diamond at GOG in person and it's AWESOME! I'll be finalizing purchase next week, and as soon as it's set I'll post pics. Thanks again for the input guys!
