Help please, which diamond is better?

I am a total diamond amateur and need some help to work out whether I have been scammed or not.

I recently purchased an engagement ring where my partner and I selected the diamond we wanted from the Jeweler who then made the ring to our design. I picked the ring up yesterday, and the diamond that I have been provided is not the diamond that we choose. This could have been an honest mistake as they are a reputable Jeweler, however before I raise it with them I thought I would get some opinions as to whether the diamond I received is better than the one I chose.

I have attached information on both diamonds (54 and 55).

After your opinions I will let you know which diamond it was that I received, and then some of you might be able to give me some advice on what to do next.

Both have flaws. #2 is the better stone between those two, but a significant amount. But it does have an odd bowtie across it lengthwise that might be distracting.
