Help Please...Opinions on This Diamond

This is a Bluenile diamond. .83 carat which is ideal cut, H color and SI2 clarity and according to BN it is eye clean. The price is very reasonable, however, the fluoresence is strong blue. I keep reading + and - about this. Not sure what to do. Oh, price is very important. It''s sub 2K. Ditto. Give it a good test run when you get it to see how it looks.
