Well, maybe someone has some ideas for a great stone between .4 and .5 on JamesAllen. I'm pretty overwhelmed here :(sad I already have the setting picked out. Just need a flashy stone.

A few questions.

Why do you have such high clarity? Any particular reason?

What setting did you pick out?

How much do all of these cost?

Thank you!!! I really do like that blue! I'm taking your choices into consideration, this is helping me narrow, I appreciate it :wavey:

Hi sqiggy :wavey:
Those are good suggestions from Niel -- wanted to chime in and remind you to have JA put them on hold for you so they won't get snatched up! :))

I love the first one Neil suggested.

Agree with the PP that you need to put these on hold if you're interested in any of them.

Yes, I agree! Thanks for the heads up :naughty:

If you like blue have you checked with BGDs blue line

Hi Ame, I have, and while I do like them, they are a bit more spendy for what I'm looking for and don't have the setting I like either. But I do enjoy my BGD studs!!

Thanks all for your help! I have picked the diamond, now just to go get my ring size, and will order it

Yup, that's the one :wink2:

I liked the .4 E color too..nice small table. and love the fl.

Had to post this lovely old faceted transitional stone...so rare to find them on JA but a little above your budget

Ugh....what do you think of this one compared to the .4 Still partial to the smaller one for some reason.....but this was a suggestion also

Had I assumed this was in your budget I'd have suggested it myself. Very lovely.

I think I will still go for the 4 pointer, more in my budget, just lusting over the larger one, lol

I think I will be very thrilled with the .4. I used to have a 0.23 and it looked much larger than it actually was on my small fingers

I still like the smaller one too... something makes me more drawn to it, can't put my finger on it exactly.

I had actually JUST pulled the trigger and bought that little beauty moments before I read this post!! Yep, it does have something special, I don't know what, but it's magnetic

OP - I really look forward to hearing what you think about this 0.40ct E-VS1 with strong blue fluor - I'd been stalking it for a while - previously I'd run the numbers and it scored 1.4 on the HCA (within AGSO box) and a solid 1A on the AGA Cut Class tool - I really think it will be an extraordinary performer - hope you love it!

I will let you know! AND post pics too! I used the HCA also to help with my decision. I didn't know about the AGA Cut Class tool  Learn new things everyday :read:

Beautiful! Can't wait for those handshots :)
