I've had my grandmothers engagement ring sitting in my drawer for 15 years now and I've finally decided its time to reset it. The center diamond is only 1/2 caret so I'm trying to determine what type of setting will give me the maximum finger coverage. This will be worn as a right hand ring most of the time. My engagement ring now is a RB stone in a cushion halo with pave on the shank. For this ring I really want something different that feels more substantial. Something I could wear everyday without worrying about it.
The type of rings I've been looking at include:
1.) BGD 3 stone ring (open gallery, truth or trellis)
2.) Sholdt semi bezel - love the fluidity this ring has but the only issue is my mom already has it!
3.) Sholdt Lola - another bezel but I'm not it has enough to it
4.) Victor Canera - bezel halo but not sure I want another halo ring
5.) Victor Canera - Sophia bezel but not sure my stone would work
Would love to know if anyone has any other ideas or feels as if one of the ones I listed would work best. Appreciate any input.
