Whilst browsing for a centre diamond for my new ring, I came accross some K color faint brown fancy cuts on JA which, according the the video, look to have quite a noticeable brownish tint face up. I was surprised because I had always thought that K color would have only neglible tint, even if it was faint brown rather than faint yellow. But I got to thinking that maybe certain fancy shapes with faint brown tint might face up showing a little more color than an ideal cut round, and that this could be played up in a nice rose gold setting, giving a warm pinkish brownish look.
So I am thinking of getting this cushion diamond in the video

and setting it into a rose gold bezel with or without white diamond accents (eg a halo) and having it as a pendant.
I have read elsewhere on PS that sometime light leakage can be useful if you are looking to play up color in a diamond by using rose or yellow gold in the setting, and possibly a thick girdle (which this cushion seems to have).
But, the other reason I like faint browns is because I have seen some in person which, with the right cutting, show amazing fire, and I am wondering if it's hoping too much to end up with a pendant which has the pinkish brownish look, as well as lots of fire (considering the diamond would be bezeled, and may have light leakage).
So ideally I need an ASET for this, but JA only allows three, and I already have three candidates for my ring diamond (which is asscher and quite tricky to find a good one).
So I thought I would ask for some feedback on my K faint brown cushion pendant idea to see if it's worth having this diamond as one of my three for further inspection and ASET imaging.
Is it just an ugly diamond? Is it just likley to look brown and flat with dark areas? Will bezeling it kill whatever last remaining life it might have had? Or could it be a really pretty pendant with lots of fire and a pinkish/ brownish look for a low cost?
