I am looking for an asscher centre stone for a halo ring, in the 0.90 - .99ct region, H color or higher, best possible cut whilst also having a good spread for the weight. My budget os $3500 maximum. Easy!

Here are videos of three asschers I am thinking of having JA do inspections and ASETs on. They are all on hold for me until the end of the weekend.

This last one already has an ASET (presumably from a previous customer request) and I have attached that also. Gypsy has kindly given me feedback on this ASET in a separate thread. From the videos and GIA specs this one was my favourite so far, although the ASET does not show as much red as I would have hoped.

I have to tell JA by the end of tomorrow which three diamonds I would like to have sent for inspection, so would really appreciate feedback on these three in case I need to look for other candidates before having JA inspect them

Thanks Gypsy. I was wondering whether to do that. My only concern is that according to the GIA report, the SI2 is a feather, and I think I spotted it in one of the corners of the diamond. Whilst, according to the video, the diamond looks eye clean because of the placement, I did wonder if the feather could be significant enough to cause a problem with durability. Could an SI2 feather graded by GIA break the surface of the diamond, and have the potential to fracture completely at the corner? Or is this really only a problem with I1 clarity and lower?

Obviously if I send it to the gemologist they can confirm this, but on the other hand I don't want to waste one of my 3 opportunities if I don't need to do.

Any thoughts?
