Try this ring size conversion chart http://niceice.com/ring_sizes.htm

It looks like an ''M'' would be a size 6!
Just so you both know, I''ve come across sizing conversion charts that convert differently, so it will probably give you a decent idea of about what size it converts to, but may not be dead on.

I am an M and a size 6 DOES NOT fit me

I would hazard a guess it is between a 6 & 1/4 and 6 &1/2

I could be wrong though

Totally ditto Gwen - every chart I look at gives me a different coversion!
Marz, the only *safe* way I''ve learned is to have a couple different jewelers measure you accurately and go from there..

Its for my girlfriend, and the cheapest way for me to get a setting is to buy it online so the problem is the size. I really like the classic tiffany setting. Or i could just give her the diamond and she can choose.

Does she wear any other rings? You could snag one and trace the inside and the figure out (based on your internet vendor''s sizing chart--I think a lot of them have them, no?) what size is the best. Or you could just guess--I''d say guess a little on the larger side, like a 6.5, so she''ll be able to wear it even if it is a bit big. You can always stick something in the back to keep it in place until it can be resized.

yeah i might do that, just have to find a way to do it so i dont look like a thief.
