HELP ON OVAL THREE STONE SETTING PLEASE

I am about to purchase a three stone oval -set in plat. If the center stone is 1.54 in size, what size oval sides would look the best?

Vatche, for example, uses 1 carat TDW for oval side stones with 1.5 crt center stone.
