Looking for some guidance on picking a 1.7-2 carat diamond with ~20k or so budget. I'm normally hesitant to buy something so expensive online and without actually seeing the product, but by lurking in the forums the past few days it seems like there are great reviews for online diamond retailers such as WF or BGD. If anyone knows any reputable places in the Orange County area in CA, feel free to recommend them as I don't mind looking local as well.
Some details on what I'm looking for: round brilliant, H or better, SI1 or better, must be eyeclean, I like knowing that I have the best if possible in my price range.
