HELP...newbie

Looking to buy a diamond for a pendant for my wife (10 year anniversary). I want to spend about 3750-4250 on the stone, and like evrybody would like to get as much bang for my buck as possible. Which one of the attached diamonds (see pdf file with diamon details) would you choose? Also, would a round one 'look' bigger versus a princess cut. Thanks!!
