Ive looked at sooo many round stones in the 1.7 - 2 ct g/H VS2/SI1 range and I think I finally found something great. Would love some advice from experts here.

THE STONE IN NATURAL LIGHT HAD A BRILLIANT FIRE TO IT . UNDER THE LOUPE, THERE IS A CRYSTAL AS CAN BE SEEN IN THE CLARITY CHART , And THE TINIEST BLACK SPECK INCLUSION OFF THE TABLE....ON THE SIDE.

100% eye clean.

By the numbers, it's within acceptable range and HCA score indicates that it's worth consideration. You really need reflector images (ideal scope or ASET) which you can have done by an appraiser that has the equipment. Do you have a return period? This would be the time you'd do the appraisal by a qualified, third party. It also seems like a good price for the stone and setting. What does the setting look like? Simple platinum solitaire or with pave diamonds in the shank? Would love to see pics!

This is the setting I like ....Dont think there is a return policy butt...the same stone is available on blue nile ...for 14,670 (but BN also charges sales tax).

It has potential. I'd recommend a quality appraiser go over it carefully; those inclusions could be tricky. Extra facets happen but it's not something we usually see in the higher quality cuts.

Ideal-Scope and preferably ASET as well will help. Your own eyes are not to be undervalued, but you have to know what to look for.

saw the stone just now under natural light...its BEAUTIFUL! I think im going to get it .

14k with the setting (so approx 13500 for the stone)

100 % eye clean and super white face up. im surprised it got an I color. more like an H
