The price looks rather reasonable. It is close to similar diamonds listed by BlueNile. Other online vendors offer similar diamonds for a couple of hundreds cheaper. You can compare prices yourself from the Pricescope front page.

Numbers for your stone sound quite ok but these is very limited information to give you any advice.
