HELP needed, need a private cook/waiter or proposal

Hey Everyone, I want to propose to my girlfriend in the next month or so, and what I would like to do is get a private chef and waiter to basically prepare a private dinner (i.e. like at a rooftop of a condo etc). I see this on T.V all the time, a private dinner for two with a waiter. I was wondering where I could find such a service. BTW They must be able to cook Indian Food!!!

Maybe you could stop by one of your favorite Indian restaurants and ask about having their chef do it for you? That could always work, and I bet the chef would be flattered.

I watch the food network a lot, and it always seems like the good chefs are able to create meals from every culture, so if you find a good chef it can''t hurt to ask!
