Hi all,

I am in search of a lady's wedding band, and found the following babie in whiteflash. it is called 'legato sleek love pave' wedding ring, SA says it is a 'channel-bead set', but looks like a pave set also because there is a 'pave' in its name. so what is this set exactly?
I also learned from SA that the width is 2.5 at the widest part, and 2.4mm in the bottom; the height is 2.1mm at the top and 1.5 in the bottom. I tried several bands in the store and figured 2mm wide may be ideal for myself, not sure 2.5mm wide and 2.1 thick will be too much for me.
if anyone saw this ring or own it, could you give me some opinion, and your experience about this ring? thanks.

I don't have that exact ring, but I thnk mine is similar. It measures 2.5mm and has some tapering. The stones go around about the same distance as well. It's a Simon g band from 2001. Here is a photo of it. Ring size 4.5. Hope it helps somewhat!

Hi ashleechou,

From looking at the image, I think channel bead set means means the stones are set below the height of the top of the metal (like a channel setting), but they are pave set. So it's like an enclosed pave setting.

As for width millimeter in relation to thickness on your finder, I guess only you'd be able to tell... Perhaps there's slightly more mm width because the diamond sit flush in the ring and so there needs to be a little more width on the sides to enclose them?

Thanks,
Anubh
