Help!! Need opinions on which would be the best!

I am considering these 2 jubilee diamonds from GOG.
one is a 2.44 F VS2

and the other is a 2.03 F VS1

Please compare both and tell me which one is the better diamond.
I am looking at having Leon make me a ring.
Not sure if i want a halo or a ER with diamonds on all 3 sides!
