Help! Need opinions on a 1.76 L VS2 August Vintage Cushion

I'm a total newbie to the whole diamond-buying business and thought I would see if any of the experts here could weigh in. I'm looking for an antique-style cushion for under 12k. I'd like a rose gold, bezel setting.

I don't mind the lower color or the culet. I'm going to try to take a look at it in a few days.

But in the meantime, what do y'all think? Is there anything I should be concerned about with this diamond?

I like it, a lot. Seems to have a brownish body color instead of yellow, which will go nicely with rose gold.

It may be my imagination, or different time of day (different lighting,) or the way the stone is being moved around to catch the light, but: I generally think the AVC scintillation is too slow for me, but this stone seems faster. That looks like a nice stone.

What are your thoughts regarding the inclusion though? I found it a little distracting in the video. I think you may see it without magnification IRL but you'd only know that once you get it home. Its a preference thing that I just thought I'd ask the question.
