Help! Need input on Asscher stone

This is my first post and I need some input. I found this asscher cut diamond and what to know what people think. Is it a good deal? I''m a little worried about the ratio and fluorescence, other than that it seems to be great.

As long as the stone does not have that hazy, milk, cloudy look under strong sunlight, strong fluorescence is fine.

As for the cut, we'll need pictures to be able to tell you more about how well the asscher will perform. Numbers don't tell much in a step cut. Any idea what the crown heignt % is?
