Help! Memoire Contact Phone No

Can someone please give me a contact phone number for Memoire so that I can halt an order from my local jeweler? I need to straighten out a couple pieces of mis-information with my local jeweler. I know Memoire has not received the order yet b/c they were closed on the east coast when I placed the order in California. I will contact my local jeweler first thing tomorrow morning but I want to have a backup in case they tell me it''s too late to modify or cancel the order.

Thanks. I was able to find a phone number for Memoire on an old posting in this forum. However, they deal with the vendor only and would not provide information about the diamond grades that they offer or other information about their rings. Kind of disappointing.

pearlmans is a Pricescope vendor who carry memoire, you could call or email them to possibly get an answer to your question??

mrssalve, thanks for the info. I called Pearlman and Julian there was very helpful and sounded much more knowledgeable than the sales lady at my local jeweler. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the standard grade of Memoire stones are only G-H color and SI clarity. I have found a number of well-known online sellers that offer rings with better color and clarify stones for half the price of a memoire ring. Memoire told Julian that they don''t currently offer better grade diamonds for the ring that I want because they have not had that much request for better grade diamonds. Surprising to me. Maybe it depends on the size of the stones. The ring I want has stones that are 10 pointers. Maybe they''re too small for colors or clarity to matter. Psychologically, I want the stones on the wedding band to be as close to the grade of my ering stone (E, VS) as possible.

I don''t know whether it is worth the premium to pay for a memoire ring now, although from what I''ve read on this forum, most people seem very happy with the quality of memoire.
