Help me with this Marquise Stone

I am looking at this E SI2 1.24 Marquise Diamond. This is a darkfield illumination picture at 20x of the inclusions. I will post some more below.

The stats on the stone are:

I don't know anything about marquise cuts, except to look for a table slightly smaller than the depth (which this has) and to look at Dave Atlas' fancy cut charts, but that looks fantastic. The bowtie's quite small, and it looks to be leaking very little light. I bet it's stunning

Last pic - under direct light. It is slightly tilted to the left and some of the inclusion is visible. Will this be as visible once the stone is set and in a straight line?

Thanks for your input ahead of time. Oh, this stone is about $4,600. Good price or not?
