Help me with this diamond

I'm in market for a warm color and came cross this one
It is OP, SI1 with strong fluorescence. The vendor confirmed that there is no milkiness or haziness.
It does look eye-clean but the cavity and etch channel concern me.
Here are some stats and pics I got from vendor.
The HCA is 1.8.

The red circle is what I believe the cavity. Does it looks too close girdle? Should I worry about it?

Any thoughts and suggestions welcome!

If that is the cavity that you have marked then it is pretty far away from the girdle IMO. I cant even see the etch channel
on the table so it must be over an arrow? I do see something on the edge of the table. Not sure what that is? We dont see
etch channels very often. I have a feeling that they are not much of an issue (when not on the girdle). Hopefully one of our
diamond vendors can speak to them.
