Since you asked, while it's pretty it's not something I'd put on the outside of the front door of a house.
To me it kinda feels akin to putting pretty tattoos on one's face.
The problem isn't how nice or perfect the tattoos themselves are; it's how well they fit were they are put.
Inside the house, to me, would be preferred.
Agree with leaving it as-is - the unnevenness is beautifully unexpected and just adds to the charmIt looks very deliberate!
