help me with asscher stone

HEllo Everyone.....I am new at this so please bear with me. I have a loose yellow diamond that i would like to set. it is a .95 square asscher cut diamond, I believe. I guess my most serious question is if i am to odrer a setting on-line how do i know if my stone will fit, also what do you think i should do for a setting. I am going to attemt to attach a picture of the stone.

Unless I am mistaken your diamond looks more like a radiant to me, pretty stone! What I would do if you find a setting you like, contact the vendor and ask them if your chosen setting will fit that particular stone, they will need the diameter measurements etc in order to advise.

I think the diamond is 5.4x5.4x3.8

Thats fine, you will need that measurement to give vendors when you find a setting you like.
