Help me with a pic of/for my custom setting

Alright, after months of reading, it''s my turn.
Here is the setting I want...

-White gold
-6 prong
-3/4 eternity
-Shared prong with 3 pointers
-Here''s the catch - I want the 6 prongs for the center stone rotated 45 degrees so that the matching eternity band will be as flush as possible (I know 4 prongs works better but my girlfriend likes the six prong look a lot more)

I know this is not a very complicated request and most places I have talked to say that it''s no problem, but they all want a picture of what I am talking about just to be sure.

If anyone has a picture of something close to this, it would be a huge help.
