I have $600 in gift cards/credit to Williams-Sonoma after my wedding. What should I get?? I want another Le Creuset but they don''t have the color I like, so that''s out. Also, we are in an apartment for 2 more months so at the moment space is limited, but we soon will have extra room. I''d love your suggestions!

Is there a reason why you have to spend it now? Two months isn''t long, I''d wait and use it when you''re in your new place and know what you want/need.

I don''t have to spend it now, but if I do in the next month or so I can use a 10% discount.

I''d probably wait until you move and then pick out something or a few things. It would be a shame to use the gift card now, only to realize that it might now fit or coordinate with your new place.

Saving 10% would be a tempting reason to buy now, but I''d try to hold off.

I''ll look on the site in a minute for ideas, but is there anything specific you''re looking for? Appliances, bake ware, etc?

One thing we bought a couple years ago is a moveable butcher block island from C&B. We loved it and it gave us just enough extra storage space. It fit perfectly in our kitchen and it looked great. Then we moved out of state and we didn''t want to lug it around with us. It''s currently sitting in our condo that we rent out now, so we don''t even use it (our tenant does). That''s why I''d recommend waiting, just to see what kind of space you have once you move.

All Clad is always a good choice.

I wanted an all-clad set, but I had no idea they were so pricey!

So we registered for calphalon stainless, which is a giant leap up from what we have now, and we'll just have to collect all-clad one piece at a time

If you're anything like me you may want something totally different next week, so it's probably worth waiting!

Calphalon stainless is great, Yssie. I bet you'll love it.

les12--Can you order the Le Creuset in your preferred color from the website? Depending on shipping costs you might still save some money if you do it while you have 10% off.

If I had that gift card would get a salt pig, some really great cutting boards, an insulated coffee server, and some more attachments for my stand mixer. But that's just because those are all my current "WANT!" list.

Ooh, and some of those silicon muffin pans that you can push up when the muffins are done.

ETA: I also want a griddle. So many items to want, so little space in our kitchen!

I think y''all are right, it would be best to wait. The colors of Le Creuset that I like (White and Caribbean) aren''t available at WS unfortunately. I do like the Cassis color but would rather have a nice large white one. I thought about getting a bunch of smaller things to fill in what we need in our kitchen. By the way, we already know where we will be living when we move out of state in 2 months, so I know how much space I will have there. I am kind of wanting one of those little filled pancake makers (ebelskiver I think?) and those are really inexpensive so I may just buy a few things at a time until we move.
