Hello Everyone:

I recently closed on my house, and want to celebrate! I''m treating myself to a new bauble, especially since i haven''t spent much on me in the last couple of months- (it''s all been going towards my September wedding)

Anyway, y''all were such a HUGE help when FI and I were ring shopping so here I am again. I did tons of diamond reseach back then, and ended up with a beautiful princess e-ring.

I don''t know too much about rounds, and am now in the market for one, as I''ve always wanted a RB, bezel-set pendant like this: http://www.whiteflash.com/golden-wardrobe/Gold_Details.aspx?ItemCode=WFP-hlfbzl&CategID=7
set with this stone: http://www.whiteflash.com/round_ideal_cut/Round-Ideal-Cut-cut-diamond-2435203.htm

Any thoughts or suggestions?

THANKS!

seems like you don''t really need our help after all?!?!?

Looks like a killer combination - good choices!!!

Mara & Sundial- THANKS for your input.

I read as much as I could about RB''s, and figured that I couldn''t go wrong with one of WF''s ES stones. But good to know that rhe one I picked out passed the test!

Fun project Charger!

I have to agree with the others here, I think you picked out a great stone and pendant choice already! I think the I color SI clarity will be a great combo for a pendant for value/size for the money. I think this type of pendant is classic and timeless and you can wear it everyday.

Personally, I like the full bezel a little bit better than the semi-bezel because I think it makes the stone look a bit bigger...but the semi bezel is also great and it''s just a personal preference thing. However, the full bezel is a bit more expensive, so it might put you over budget unless you downgrade to white gold instead of platinum. Either way, I don''t think you are going to go wrong.

Can''t wait to see your pictures, and congrats on your house!!

i like full bezel too instead of half... also if you DO like full bezel, check into having WF get you a stock pendant setting, i think from stuller and having them modify to thin out the bezel to get it thin...i had them do this for a pendant for my sister and it was very affordable in white gold and it looked FAB. just another thought for an option!!
