Help me pick a stone please!

I am so over looking for diamonds! I was originally looking at 0.60 carats but I know I want around 0.70 carats and I think Ive found a couple of good ones.

The first is a James Allen item number 1241757

the second is a white flash stone.

Are these good???
they both have major inclusions but will they be seen???

I really want to make a decision this weekend. And if anyone else knows of any stones around that size that are spectacular please chime in!!!

Ive been searching now for over a month and getting a bit tired

And im sorry for bothering all you experts out there............................ like every day!!!
If I get a more perfect stone at a smaller size thats ok. I just want the absolute best I can get for my money ($2500 max), as everyone does im sure!

I think Im starting to tell the good from the average. I feel much more confidant now!
Just a question, Ive been reading alot about bluenile signiture ideal diamonds being pretty good too, should I be looking at some of their stones also??
And a question about fluorecsence, I saw a video of a stone with a strong blue fluorescence and I actually thought it looked pretty darn georgous!!
But this is not ideal right?.............it seemed to sparkle more.
Just curious.

I am not wild about either option because both of them have black table inlcusions. While they may be "eye clean" technically, I can tell you from experience that little black table inclusions can often be seen with the naked eye. Ask the vendors about the eye cleanliness, but I would not be super optimistic.

BN signatures are also well cut stones, but you cannot get IS images of them and BN does not have upgrade and lifetime buyback policies like WF. The BN signature diamonds are the same price as the WF and JA branded cuts too. For those reasons I stear clear of the BN signatures.

Yap, they are priced similar to other branded H&A, do not provide the prove of H&A, no upgrade/buy back policy, so actually a worse deal than WF/JA.

Nothing wrong with fluor, some like it some don''t, especially those that do not negatively affect optics. I like them and have 2 very strong blue myself.

Ok............ Thankyou for the advise.
I think Ill stick to VS2 clarity and drop the size a little. Dreamer the JA 0.60ct stone you found me a couple of days ago looks like it may the one, Unless i can find one a little bigger that is as good.
But 0.60 ct is still bigger than what I can get here in oz, we couldnt find anything over .54ct, plus I have pretty tiny fingers (4.5) so im guessing that will look decent enough on me.

I think you can very safely get an SI1 and find one that is perfectly eye clean. G color is also great, I own a G and adore it and it looks very nice and white to me.

yes I know, they are giving me touble too. Maybe I did something wrong???
Ill try a new post again. Im still waiting to here back about those 2 other stones but prob wont till monday. I did really want colourless but I have had many people tell me that G is just as good and the more I look the more I want a bigger stone!!!

The ACA from Whiteflash looks good, it does appear it has inclusions reflecting around the stone looking at the hearts image, did Whiteflash say it was eyeclean?
