Help me on this OEC?

Since I'm still new to the world of diamonds period, let alone OEC's, I could use a little help! Here's all I know:

3.64ct K-L VS1 OEC
10.15 x 10.12 x 5.74

The diameter seems big for a 3.64, does that mean it's too shallow? Here are the only pics I have, and this is the biggest they are (I asked for bigger pics) Honest opinions please, tis the only way I will learn!

Its optics may be suffering a little from being over shallow.
