Help me look at two OECs please.

Hi bright ice,

Are there pics of the 4 ct old mine from Wink any where?

Personally, if that stone is nice, I'd trade in the RB and get that one! I'm all about bigger is better. Although to be fair, I am not a huge RB fan, so for me the loss is minor.

However, if you'd prefer to have 2 "smaller" stones for the variety and ability to swap, then of course go with that.

I ended up getting the 3.09 M VS1 from OWD. After some very long soul searching I just could not bring myself to
1. Spend that kind of money on a single diamond
2. I wanted a size that I would feel comfortable wearing daily and not appear as flaunting (some may think a 3ct is)

I will start a new thread in SMTB on it soon.

I'm so glad all seems to have went well with your surgery. I can't wait to see your OEC. I can't remember if you mentioned any setting ideas for it?

Hey, heads up on the 4 carat OEC at Fay Cullen: it was previously listed as an EGL O/P and an investor bought it for 13k, he turned right around and put it back up for sale at the inflated price and a "new" appraisal for a K color. Whatever! if that diamond is a K color my butt fits into a size 2 --ya right!

NO WAY is that a K Most likely an S/T.

Okay, so you went with the 3.09 M from OWD. Congrats! That stone is very pretty, enjoy it! I'll look forward to your SMTB thread!

BTW, the GOG stone is pretty too, but I agree, pricey.
