I am in search of a 2ctw yellow gold shared prong eternity band. I have seen prices from 2k up to 8k. Anyone have suggestions for a balace of a great price and great quality? Size 6.5.

Thanks! This website has been invaluable for me!

Yikes.......nobody?? I got a quote from Whiteflash that I am fairly happy with. My local jeweler quoted a similar price. It seems for good quality stones I'm in the 3500 range. It is higher than I wanted, but not unreasonable. WF quoted with VS F/G.

Anyone have thoughts - I tried one on in a B&M that was Si1 and G. Seems their price was around 5500 if I remember right. There is a lot of markup.

I saw another online that is Si1 and G for 2360. Anyone know anything about Diamond Harmony??

You could also check out IDJ. Most of their rings are available in WG/YG/Plat. and different carat weights.

What is IDJ??

Advice:

My solitaire will be between .92-.95. What is the biggest eternity that will look okay? I won't go smaller than a 2ctw.

Options are
2.10 ctw
2.7 ctw
3.4 ctw

If you are planning on wearing it with your ERing I'd go for the 2ct. I wouldn't want a big blingy band to overshadow my ERing. If you are wearing them on separate hands- the bigger the better!!

I'm leaning toward the smaller one - but also want it to be substantial enough that I won't want to replace it when we upgrade my stone down the road. DH says 10 years we'll bump up to around a 2. I may go with the middle size. Such a tough choice.

I'd go to a local store and try on bands with certain sized stones (i.e. you need to know if the ring has .10, .20, etc. stones in it so that you can determine which size stones you want...). If you don't have your ering already, ask them to pull a solitaire in a similar size so that you can try them together. Once you know exactly what size you want, then contact IDJ.

I did that with my old e-ring yesterday but didn't try on more than a 2ctw. DH returned my e-ring today and I won't have the new one for a few weeks.

I will have to head to the jeweler and try on. The online prices are just way too good to buy locally.
