Help me find this ring!

Hi everyone! I am a long time admirer of this site and you all know so much... maybe you can help me. I am absolutely in love with this engagement ring (ALMOST AS MUCH AS MY SOON TO BE FIANCE!

). But I can''t seem to find the setting anywhere and neither can my BF. Has anyone seen anything like it, have one like it??? Where can I get one? Thanks for your help! I love the channel set diamonds around a solitaire.

That one is very similar, but I would prefer white gold (mostly for financial reasons!) The BF is planning on spending $4,000, diamond and setting.

Also, an addition to my original post. I like when the setting angles up to the center diamond, instead of just being a circle of diamonds around the band with the prongs shooting up. I love how seamless it looks. If that makes sense?

It''s called a cathedral setting and these are a dime a dozen. Look ANYWHERE that sells settings and you should find it no problem.

That kind of looks like a Cartier setting to me... not sure if it''s exact. I''ll check.

If it IS Cartier, you''ll be wanting to check out Signed Pieces since it will otherwise be unaffordable on your budget given their markups!

What are the pros and cons of platinum vs white gold? What kind of metal do you have on your ring? Was it a personal choice or to save a bit of $$$? That cartier ring is gorgeous! Stunning!

Indy Gal - i love the cartier one! i went to the store in NYC on 5th Ave to check it out (what a rush...to finally have a reason to go into Cartier) and it was beautiful but ridiuclously overpriced I think. I think the Cartier one is lower set too.
