Help Me Find the Best 2 Carat with 16K

I am looking for my sister who wants to upgrade. She does not want anything larger than 2 carats. She can go as low as J color (to maximize budget), excellent cut, low as SI1/SI2 but must be eyeclean. Her budget is 16K with a little room to go up a bit for the right diamond.
