help me find junior bridesmaid dresses!

Hi all, we are having a small wedding in late October in a historic old (small) chapel in Tennessee.

We''ve asked my fiancee''s 2 neices to be junior bridemaids, ages will be 14 and 8 at that time. The problem is I have no clue what colors I''m going with for the wedding--my dress is white and I''d like the groom and groomsmen to be in dark suits, but other than that I''ve got nothing.
I''ve looked at bridemaid''s dresses, and flower girls dresses, but the girls are "in between", so I don''t want something age inappropriate...
I''ve never been super keen on matchy bridesmaid outfits. And, the girls live out of the country, to make things even more complicated! Anyone have any great ideas for junior bridemaids dresses?
