I have these for personal use:

Tested them against the (much more expensive) calipers at my lab and these are accurate to a tenth of a mm. Probably good enough for your home use. :) Plus they're plastic, so you don't need to worry about scuffing metal if you use them to measure your settings.

Also, here's the link to the Amazon page selling the exact same calipers for $10. More reviews here:
https://www.amazon.com/Digital-Cali.../dp/B07DFFYCXS/ref=sxin_5_osp99-89f9e42f_cov?

I've found that many items listed on Amazon are drop shipped from AliBaba or AliExpress and are sold for 4-5X the cost of the exact same AliExpress listing. If you don't mind waiting a month for shipment, buying things directly from AliExpress is much more economical.

I prefer calipers with plastic rather than steel thingamabobs so I don’t damage my stones or metal. IME they’re usually not as accurate and it’s harder to find ones that will let you change the batteries but they’re good enough.

I got metal ones but coated the metal parts in a masking tape so it doesn’t scratch things.. Make sure it has a zero function so you can re-zero it once it is tapes.
